Storefront & operations repair
Make the buying part work.
A shopper needs to find the right product, understand what’s in stock, and finish the order. I inspect the steps that get in the way.
I’ve sold 500,000+ units online since 2016. Running the store is how I learned where the work piles up.

- The catalog
- Findability, variants, product details, and the path from a category to a useful product page.
- The purchase
- The mobile buying experience, cart links, checkout handoffs, and confusing next steps.
- The operations
- Where product or order information gets copied by hand, goes stale, or misses the person who needs it.
- The repair plan
- Findings ranked by consequence, the evidence behind each, and a fixed scope for the work worth doing first.
Start with the store you have.
A platform migration is a large project. Sometimes the useful change is a product template, a clearer buying step, or one reliable import.
The audit gives you enough detail to choose the next job. For an obvious single issue, the $395 Lead Leak Fix may be the better starting point.
Before you book.
Is the repair included in the audit?
The $495 audit covers the review, prioritised findings, and a written repair scope. Implementation is quoted separately and starts at $1,500. You can use the findings with your existing developer.
Can you help with my existing store?
Send the store URL and platform name. I check the problem and the access available before accepting the audit. Catalogs, checkout paths, and order handoffs are the focus.
Will you change live prices or inventory?
Only if a specific change is part of an agreed implementation scope and you approve it. The audit itself is a review. Live orders and payments are not used as casual test data.
Send me the store.
Include the storefront link, the platform, and the part that causes you or your customers trouble.

What to send
- Store URL and platform
- The customer or operations problem
- One example product or order path
A short description is enough to start. Access comes after we agree the work.
